Dr. Shan'Tyia Hairston, DHA
Dr. Shan’Tyia Hairston is a healthcare executive and behavioral health leader with over 10 years of experience in mental health services, program development, and organizational leadership. As Program Director of Piedmont United Family Services, she leads community-based behavioral health programs focused on accessible, compassionate, and client-centered care for children, adolescents, and families. Dr. Hairston holds both an MHA and DHA from A.T. Still University, with research centered on health literacy and improving care outcomes in underserved communities.

Bianca Williams
Bianca Williams is an administrative leader and client services professional with experience in behavioral health operations, executive support, and office management. As Business Office Manager at Piedmont United Family Services, she supports individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges while overseeing office operations, compliance, and workflow coordination. With a background spanning telecommunications, executive administration, and client services, Bianca is known for combining operational efficiency with compassionate, person-centered support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Old Dominion University.

Whitney Russell
Whitney Russell is a dedicated mental health professional with over 17 years of experience in the medical field and more than a decade working in human services and behavioral health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Liberty University and her Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University. Whitney specializes in trauma-informed care and uses CBT and EMDR approaches to support individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Passionate about advocacy and community care, she is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality support that helps individuals feel heard, empowered, and supported on their path toward healing and wellness.

Tennille Jamison is a Martinsville native with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families in social services, education, and behavioral health settings. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Virginia State University and her Master of Social Work from Norfolk State University. Tennille currently serves as an Inpatient Social Worker for the Behavioral Health Department at SOVAH Health Martinsville, where she provides crisis stabilization, psychosocial assessments, and care coordination for individuals experiencing acute mental health needs.

Geravis Brown is a mental health professional with more than 15 years of experience working as a residential day treatment counselor and intensive in-home clinician. Inspired by his own life experiences, he is passionate about helping individuals navigate personal challenges, growth, and healing. Geravis earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and uses CBT and person-centered approaches to meet clients where they are and build strong therapeutic relationships that support lasting change.

Jill Jones
Jill Jones is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience caring for patients across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She earned degrees from Old Dominion University, University of Virginia, The Catholic University of America, and Liberty University. Jill provides patient-centered psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults ages 18–65, with a focus on compassionate, collaborative, and holistic mental health care that supports long-term wellness and overall well-being.
