Intensive In-Home Counseling

Intensive In-Home Counseling provides personalized mental health support for children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric challenges that impact daily life and family functioning. Services are delivered in the home and community and focus on emotional regulation, communication, coping skills, conflict resolution, and symptom management while helping families build long-term stability, safety, and support.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, goal-oriented mental health treatment for individuals who need more support than traditional weekly therapy without requiring inpatient care. Through individual counseling, group therapy, skill development, and personalized treatment planning, clients receive focused support while continuing their normal routines at home, school, or work.

Mental Health Skill Building

Mental Health Skill Building Services help individuals living with mental health challenges develop practical life skills that support greater independence, emotional wellness, and daily functioning. Services focus on areas such as communication, stress management, coping skills, problem-solving, medication adherence, and community engagement while helping clients build confidence, stability, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT)

Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) provides school-based mental health support for students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges that interfere with learning, relationships, or classroom performance. Our Qualified Mental Health Professionals work closely with students, families, and educators to support emotional regulation, communication, positive behavior, coping skills, and academic success through individualized interventions and ongoing collaboration.
