Bianca Williams is an accomplished administrative leader and client services professional with a strong background in executive support, operations management, and behavioral health services. She currently serves as Business Office Manager at Piedmont United Family Services, where she plays a vital role in supporting individuals living with mental illness, substance use disorders, and those facing life crises. In this role, she provides skills training support, oversees office operations, ensures compliance and documentation standards, and helps facilitate services that promote safety, personal wellness, recovery, and community integration. 

 

With a career spanning service advising, telecommunications, executive administration, and call center leadership, Bianca brings a unique blend of operational efficiency and compassionate client care. Her experience includes managing high-volume communications, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, improving workflow systems, and supporting leadership with scheduling, reporting, and strategic organization. 

 

Bianca is known for her ability to balance structure with empathy, ensuring both operational excellence and person-centered service delivery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Old Dominion University, which complements her work in behavioral health and community support services. 

 

Her professional strengths include office management, client relations, CRM systems, workflow coordination, compliance support, and team supervision.
