Assessments

Our assessment services provide individuals with a thorough and compassionate evaluation of their mental health, emotional well-being, behavioral concerns, and substance use needs. Assessments are designed to help identify challenges, clarify diagnoses when appropriate, and determine the most effective level of care and treatment recommendations.

Our licensed professionals take a personalized, client-centered approach, creating a supportive environment where individuals can openly discuss their experiences, concerns, and goals. Through careful evaluation, collaboration, and clinical insight, we help connect clients and families with services and resources that support long-term healing, stability, and overall wellness.

Assessments may be completed for treatment planning, service recommendations, crisis intervention, school or community support, medication management, or ongoing behavioral health care coordination.

Psychiatric Evaluation

A Psychiatric Evaluation is a comprehensive clinical assessment that helps identify emotional, psychological, and behavioral health needs. During the evaluation, a licensed psychiatric provider reviews symptoms, mental health history, medical background, current functioning, and other factors affecting overall well-being to determine appropriate treatment recommendations, including medication management and additional behavioral health support when needed.

Mental Health Evaluation

A Mental Health Evaluation provides a detailed assessment of an individual’s emotional, behavioral, psychological, and social functioning. Clinicians explore current concerns, coping patterns, stressors, family dynamics, and mental health history to better understand the challenges affecting daily life and overall wellness while helping guide personalized treatment recommendations and ongoing support.

Substance Use Evaluation

A Substance Use Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand how alcohol or substance use may be impacting an individual’s emotional health, relationships, daily functioning, and overall well-being. Clinicians review substance use history, behavioral health concerns, risk factors, and recovery goals to determine appropriate treatment recommendations, support services, and levels of care that encourage long-term recovery and stability.
